Big mid-term project due this week involving determining the viability of a fictitious industrial building here in the great state of Maryland - cash flows, rental amounts, rollover probabilities, retention rates, capital expenses, escalation rates - oh, what a wonderful few weeks it's been......
But after Wednesday - no homework for a whole week! Can I get an "A-MEN?"
