Yup.

I now have two more letters after my name.

I am officially a candidate for graduation from the Edward St. John School of Real Estate in the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University.

(say THAT ten times real fast!)

Festivities to follow.

I kicked ass.

It was anticlimactic, but I'm D.O.N.E.

And then we celebrated. I'm home now and ready for bed.
